Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing top talent across various customer streams, working closely with hiring leaders and reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles.
* Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.
* Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely outcomes.
* Craft engaging job ads and support employer branding and early-career initiatives.
* Maintain recruitment processes, templates and systems to support best practice.
* Assist with reporting and contribute to continuous improvement across the TA function.
Requirements:
* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
* Confidence using recruitment platforms and tools.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to great service.
