Role Description
This is a full-time, on‐site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Geelong (Connewarre), VIC. As the CEO, you will lead the operational direction of the organization, ensure effective management, and handle overall business planning and execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing finance, guiding membership growth, working on business development, and fostering partnerships. The CEO is expected to align all operations with the mission and values of Field & Game Australia while representing the interests of the membership and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
* A driving passion for outdoor recreation, conservation and shooting sports
* Strong experience in Finance, Business Planning, and Financial Management
* Proven track record in Operations Management and Strategic Planning
* Sales and Business Development skills to foster growth and engagement
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency in setting vision and executing organizational goals
* Inspirational leadership experience within member‐based or nonprofit organizations is an advantage
* Ability to champion conservation and community‐driven initiatives
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
