Job Title: System Support Specialist
The Technical Support to Schools Program is seeking a highly experienced IT professional to provide technical support services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and service Windows and Apple devices on an enterprise scale
* Administer Hyper-V virtualized server environments
* Administer various Windows and Linux based servers
* Cloud-based service management and administration
* Mobile Device Management administration and deployment
* Enterprise network administration skills required - Cisco and HP switches
* Wireless network technologies administration, including wireless controllers and access points
Requirements:
* Motivated industry professionals who can work autonomously or as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving techniques and ability to escalate when needed
* Punctual, reliable, and well-organized individuals only need apply
* Excellent human relations and people skills with a passion for the ICT industry
* Ability to troubleshoot and fault find through systematic process observation and elimination
