You're unique, and we value that. As a Customer Service Specialist, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
* Facilitate the licensing process by professionally responding to and managing enquiries from our existing client base whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service;
* Keep our CRM system updated at every step of the sales process, ensuring the information is concise, accurate and provides a comprehensive account of each interaction;
* Engage with each customer to understand their business and their business requirements, ensuring we provide the highest level of customer service;
* Effectively execute the customer enablement process by managing the customer's first 90-day experience;
* Maintain and build on your industry and competitor knowledge through the ongoing assessment and comparison of key features and benefits;
* Skills and experience are important; however, the right attitude and commitment to customer excellence is essential.
We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
* Previous Customer Service role;
* A confident and professional verbal and written communication style with a personality that supports the requirement to converse across all levels of management and medical professions;
* A passion for working in a collaborative team environment;
* Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines;
* Proficient skills in Mircosoft's 365 software suite;
* Previous experience in a contact centre environment using industry-standard tools and applications;
* Previous experience in the medical industry (with or without exposure to Bp Software) preferred but not essential.
