Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our showroom. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the General Sales Manager to drive performance and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can step between brands, support different salespeople with varying skill sets, and jump into deals where required to secure outcomes.
You will be responsible for supporting the management of daily showroom operations across all brands, working closely with individual sales consultants to coach, close deals, and lift unit performance.
Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with individual sales consultants to coach, close deals, and lift unit performance.
* Monitor lead follow-up compliance, test drive execution, and delivery readiness.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
* Assist with running morning meetings, sales training sessions, and handover processes.
* Troubleshoot and escalate customer issues where needed.
* Manage stock awareness and vehicle availability to help consultants quote correctly.
* Support in tracking KPIs, including units sold, deliveries, video completion, and deal pack accuracy.
* Act as 2IC in the absence of the General Sales Manager.
