We're looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant!
Responsibilities
Office Management
* Coordinate company events, meetings and team activities
* Liaise with building management, cleaners and security
* Manage office supplies, kitchen and general upkeep
* Support onboarding of new staff
* Keep internal documents and contact lists up to date
* Coordinate travel (domestic & international)
* Manage expenses, meetings and schedules
* Prepare presentations and documents
* Assist with leadership and board meetings (minutes, actions, follow-ups)
General & Business Support
* Process invoices and assist underwriting team
* Coordinate staff travel and maintain travel records
About You
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
