* Internal Property Manager (with Assistant)Portfolio of around 100 properties | Office based in Western Suburbs, portfolio located North‐West
* Junior Property ManagerPortfolio of 70–80 properties | Office located South of Perth | Full training and onboarding provided
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
* Current Property Management Registration & CPD compliance
* Strong professional presentation and communication skills
* A client‐first mindset with exceptional interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail and strong written communication
* A proactive work ethic and ability to go the extra mile
* Strong technical skills and confidence with property management systems
* The ability to work both autonomously and within a team
