CarbonLink is looking for an exceptional Project Manager who can build long-term productive relationships with clients and other stakeholders and work collaboratively with the CarbonLink team to plan, monitor and coordinate soil carbon farming projects.

To achieve success, it is essential that you have expert knowledge in carbon farming or regenerative agriculture methodologies and how they can practically be applied in a farming business.
This includes an understanding of carbon offset projects, the Australian Carbon Farming Initiative, and relevant industry experience in environmental science, agriculture, natural resources or equivalent.

This Position Will Contribute to and oversee completion of the end-to-end project delivery.
Coordinate processes and provide support to meet legislative, regulatory, and audit requirements.
Identify, implement, and track progress of carbon projects.
Maintain effective communications and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially clients.
To facilitate successful project delivery, a key part of this role includes contributing to the development and streamlining of delivery workflows, increasing efficiency and scalability.
This includes achieving compliance with legislation, the Code of Conduct and commercial requirements.

This position can be based in QLD, NSW, or VIC.
Travel across Australia, including to remote properties, is required as part of this role.
This position can work remotely, or in the Brisbane office if the candidate is based in the Brisbane area.

Skills, Qualifications And Attributes The Project Manager will provide exceptional customer service, will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support achievement of project goals, and have a positive impact on the community in which we operate.
To be successful you will have:
Degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science (or equivalent) and/or equivalent years of relevant experience.
Australian Open Driver Licence.
Strong project management and process improvement abilities.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of farming businesses.
Contract management and administration.
Intermediate to advanced skills MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
GIS Mapping - QGIS.
