**Requirements**:

- You can distill complex products and services and crystalize them into the simple, compelling, easy-to-understand copy
- Proven ability to understand target audiences and craft copy tailored accordingly
- Familiarity with paid media channels and ad types
- Experience writing for B2B & B2C audiences
- Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Marketing, or Communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn obsessively about consumer psychology & high-performing copywriting techniques
- Able to understand how copy impacts the user journey, conversion, and campaign performance metrics & optimize as a result
