Finance Operations Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the financial operations of an organisation, without full-time hours. The hybrid part-time position is located in Port Lincoln, SA (remote/offsite options considered), with flexibility to work from home part of the time.
About the Role
The Finance Manager will oversee key aspects of our financial operations, including budget management, preparing financial reports and forecasts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations daily tasks involve supervising accounts liaising with external auditors optimising financial processes providing strategic financial insight support organisational goals.
* A degree-qualified background in Accounting Commerce or Finance; or equivalent experience hands-on experience Xero/MYOB strong Excel skills solid background budgeting forecasting and financial reporting excellent communication organisational skills experience SMEs not-for-profits knowledge ACNC reporting grants accounting good analytical problem-solving skills ability adapt rapidly changing environment flexible mindset enthusiasm learning constantly evolving field enhanced vision improvement efficiency enhance benefit teams enable meaningful change.
