Job Title: Workforce Intelligence Consultant
About the Role:
This is a short-term contract for a 4.5 month period.
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Intelligence Consultant to join our team and support the AUKUS IPO establishment.
* To develop and implement project and workforce plans;
* To develop placement and posting pathways and support mechanisms for inbound and outbound personnel;
* To develop frameworks and documentation to enable governance, reporting, performance monitoring;
* To support knowledge management and transfer concept development;
