About the Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of learning. You will be responsible for prospecting, consulting, and selling to companies globally with up to 10,000 employees across various industries.
* Selling to senior-level executives, VPs, HR, Learning and Development, or Tech/IT personas
* Owning deal cycles from start to finish (discovery calls, demos, email follow-ups, and negotiations)
* Creating accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management
* Collaborating with the greater sales team to share best practices and innovate
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals with:
* A minimum of 2 years relevant closing experience (full sale cycle preferred)
* B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS environments
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* The ability to adapt and develop a growth mindset
