We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer Relations team in this exciting role which will provide you the autonomy to manage your own projects, customers, and stakeholders on the ground. We have both a fixed term and a permanant position available.
About the role
Delivering outstanding service, you will be the customer advocate and an ambassador for Stockland whilst at the same time enhancing Stockland’s competitive position and brand. Both full-time positions based in Sydney, offering flexible working between home/office/project sites.
Key responsibilities will include:
4. Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders in a way that delivers exceptional service
5. Constantly improve Stockland’s ability to identify customer trends, predict customer needs and proactively address barriers to successful partnerships with stakeholders
6. Manage customer and stakeholder feedback cycle (from deposit, after sales, after settlement, after completion) to determine the level of satisfaction and enhance our service delivery
7. Manage construction and community milestone updates
8. Schedule, coordinate and attend customer inspections
9. Coordinate and manage events such as hard hat tours, and customer information sessions
10. Maintain and update CRM systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
About you
11. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
12. Background within real estate, development, construction/residential building (medium density preferably)
13. A customer focus is what drives you – you truly understand delivering outstanding service
14. Experience collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues
15. Exposure to contract and legal administration would be an advantage but not essential
16. Driver’s licence and own vehicle is essential and flexible to travel as required
