Executive Assistant: Curriculum and Pedagogy
Full Time - Limited Tenure: Parental Leave Replacement - 12 Months
Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-level executive support to the System Lead: Curriculum and Pedagogy. This role is ideal for someone who brings initiative, discretion, and strategic thinking to every task, and who is passionate about contributing to a values-based organisation.
You will:
* Assist the System Lead: Curriculum and Pedagogy to carry out their role in Catholic Education Tasmania by providing broad, intuitive and flexible executive level support.
* Understand the priorities and strategic direction of the Curriculum and Pedagogy Team to provide overarching support to the broader Team as directed by the System Lead: Curriculum and Pedagogy.
You will bring:
* An ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment, using initiative and proactive strategies to manage workloads Expertise in governance, financial management, and benefit realisation.
* Excellent time management, organisational, and conflict resolution skills and work independently in a collaborative team environment using initiative to anticipate and create practical solutions to problems.
