About the role:
* Require a reliable motor vehicle to commute to and from the work site.
* Deliver engaging, rewarding programs that encourage children to explore, learn, and play at our OSHC.
* Create remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
* Support program planning, preparation, and service delivery in line with company and regulatory standards.
* Document educational programs, children's interests, and assessments of their learning and development needs.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards (NQF, Child Care Regulations) and sector knowledge.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for families and the community.
* Build respectful relationships with children, families, and the school community.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Be open, caring, and engaged with the team to promote our values and goals.
* Proficient in using technology (emails, software, printers, tablets, apps).
Experience and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in OSHC or childcare preferred.
* Working towards or completed a Diploma Level qualification in Early Years, School Aged Care, Education, or Allied Health.
* Hold a First Aid Level 4 certificate or willing to obtain it.
* Complete or willing to complete the Government Child Safe Training before starting.
* Hold a valid Working With Children Check (P- status).
