Coordinator - Franchisee Services
Act as the primary liaison between Headquarters and the field. Supply a high level of customer service and support to Franchisees, Development Agents, field staff, vendors and guests.
- Subs - restaurant status changes, accounting queries, insurance and WISR compliance, attributes, hours approvals, contract set up, waivers (e.g. POS, coffee, post mix, décor, equipment). Data entry for sales/corrections, updating store details, memos. basic fixed and insurance entry. Receive signature Logs on a monthly basis, checking evaluations non SMO territories. Incoming and outgoing mail. Imaging, keeping all reports up to date and staying up to date on company publications and policies.
- OnBase, digital archive system - retrieval of franchise agreements, lease, sub lease details, historical data for franchisees/BD offices. One Drive - update digital restaurant files.
- Reports and notifications to stake holders e.g. IPC, NSF, CCEP. The Feed - Live IQ - Fresh Insights - reporting for other departments internally.
- Marketing materials in restaurants, update restaurant needs/ master list, Window POP and other requests, managing stock levels, Mylamp, liaise during promotions
- Google - Restaurant address/ hours updates
Skills and Abilities
**Proficiency in MS Office**: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Good communication skills
1-2 yrs in customer service role
