Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Opportunity

Empowering Families through Mediation and Collaboration

Better Place Australia seeks a seasoned Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Narre Warren.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those from the LGBTIQ community, providing specialist mediation services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Identifying and developing problem-solving options and strategies
* Assisting parents negotiate sustainable parenting plans
* Providing assessment and guidance on property and financial matters
* Working with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes


Essential Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must demonstrate registration as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and have knowledge of the effects of separation and divorce on families.

They should possess excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to rapidly build rapport with clients.
