The Role
As the Executive Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to:
* Lead and inspire our kitchen teams focusing on our many amazing events as well as multiple onsite venues
* Assist in crafting creative, seasonal menus that reflect our diverse audience and vibrant community.
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, food safety and team training.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience as Exec Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a high-performing team.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost management.
* A collaborative attitude, with a commitment to excellence and creativity.
* Current Food Safety Qualifications
