The Chance
You will be a part of the SWITCH program. This structured 12‐month paid part‐time cadetship will equip you to step confidently into a role in the infrastructure industry upon completion. Beginning with a comprehensive introductory intensive, you'll be immersed in various job placements to acquire relevant industry experience. You'll also be paired with a supportive buddy who will guide you through the process and serve as your support system. Throughout the 12 months, you'll have access to ongoing mentoring and coaching to ensure your success.
