As the Data Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable and meaningful data across our Local Area Coordination (LAC) services. You'll maintain data integrity across key systems, support audit functions, and turn raw data and complex information into clear insights that help improve workforce capability, service quality and compliance.

You will work closely with other internal teams and provide clear reporting and interpretation of data and themes, supplying meaningful insights that inform practice uplift and guide capability development and service improvement initiatives.

What you'll do:
* Maintain accurate and complete data across internal and external quality systems and tools.
* Conduct regular data checks, reconciliation and validation to ensure reliability.
* Support audit processes by preparing, validating, extracting and reporting on data and findings.
* Consolidate data, and audit and survey findings, identify trends and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and teams.
* Track audit actions and quality themes to inform coaching, capability uplift and practice improvement.
* Analyse quality, thematic and audit data to identify risks, opportunities and areas for action.
* Produce clear, timely reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align data insights with coaching, training and improvement activities.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of data tools, audits and quality processes.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in data quality, analysis, validation or reporting (NDIS or human services desirable).
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, practical insights.
* Familiarity with NDIS Business Systems and Reporting Systems, PMF dashboards or similar platforms (advantageous).
* High attention to detail, organisation and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data clearly to different audiences.
Qualifications & Checks:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in disability, human services, social work, community development, allied health or related field.
* Current unrestricted Driver's Licence and access to reliable transport.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check & Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Ability to undergo a NDIA Security Clearance.
* Ability to undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
* Valid Australian Working Rights.
