* 12-Month Contract
* Monday to Friday (8-hour days)
About Our Client
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join our clients team in Mt Thorley, NSW. Our client is a well-established provider of fire protection and safety services, delivering end-to-end solutions across installation, maintenance, and compliance. With a strong reputation in the industry, they specialise in ensuring workplaces and facilities meet strict safety standards while providing reliable and innovative fire protection systems.
What You Will Be Doing
* Scheduling and planning via SimPRO
* Client communication and coordination
* Invoicing and timesheet processing
* Liaising with site technicians and trades labour pool
What You Will Need
* Experience in planning, scheduling, or administration (ideally within trades, facilities, or service industries)
* Familiarity with SimPRO or similar job management software
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
