Job Title: Customer Service and Administration Officer
Description:
This role is responsible for managing the database administration of the property and rating system to ensure timely and accurate production of rates notices.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Local Government or Utilities billing services industry and strong understanding of teamwork, with ability to work collaboratively to meet operational and customer service standards.
