About the Role In this dynamic and varied role, you'll support the smooth running of the park — from guest service and systems to team support and after-hours response. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily operations and after-hours callouts Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account handling Assisting with budgeting, reporting, and revenue growth Supporting and inspiring staff across departments Helping maintain a high standard of park presentation and compliance Contributing to marketing and guest engagement efforts About You You’re a confident all-rounder with experience in hospitality, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to lead by example.
