The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a high-performing finance team. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end accounts payable processing
* High-volume invoice data entry, matching, and reconciliation
* Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong vendor relationships
* Preparing and processing payment runs (Note: Ensure items are correct)
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
* Assisting with month-end close and reporting requirements
About You
* Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within construction or property development
* Experience working in high-volume transactional environments
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Prior experience using Jobpac (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively
