Finishes Foreman – High-End Residential Project (No. 21) | Immediate Start
Location: Gold Coast
QNY is delivering one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive boutique residential developments. As we enter the final stages of No. 21, we are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman who takes pride in delivering a premium, defect-free product.
Reporting to the Senior Site Manager and working alongside the broader site team, this role is critical to ensuring the project is completed to the highest standard.
The Role
You will take ownership of all finishing trades, defect management, and project close-out, ensuring every detail aligns with the expectations of a high-end residential build.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to drive trades to meet programme and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage all finishing trades on site
* Drive quality assurance through ongoing inspections and proactive defect prevention
* Lead defect management, tracking, and rectification to achieve a clean handover
* Oversee completion of apartments and common areas to a premium standard
* Maintain programme momentum and ensure timely close-out
* Uphold a clean, organised, and professional site presentation
* Ensure WHS compliance across all finishing activities
* Liaise closely with Site Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers
About You
* Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on residential or multi-residential projects
* Strong understanding of finishing trades, sequencing, and defect minimisation
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to manage multiple trades and push works to completion
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
