You'll coordinate trades, manage site operations, oversee quality and safety, and ensure smooth delivery across all aspects of the build.
The Company My client is a builder/developer delivering high-end multi-residential projects, typically $20M - $80M, with an upcoming pipeline sitting consistently at $60M+.
They manage almost everything in-house, including an emerging internal design team, which strengthens delivery efficiency and design consistency.
The business has an extremely strong culture of collaboration, loyalty, and progression – with many team members there for 7-10 years, and their current Project Director progressing from intern to PD.
Senior leaders come from tier one and two environments and are actively shaping systems, structure and scalable growth as the company expands.
