Job Description

What You'll Do:

- Lead & Grow: Own and deliver on national sales targets by developing bold growth initiatives and strategic account plans.

- Inspire & Develop: Build, coach and mentor a talented, engaged team - role modelling ITW's culture, values and leadership behaviours.

- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging relationships to drive commercial outcomes.

- Innovate & Simplify: Identify and act on '80/20' priorities, simplify processes and proactively solve problems to deliver results.

- Customer Focus: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with end users and customers, ensuring exceptional after-sales service, training, and support.

- Champion Safety & Culture: Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion and accountability.
