An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse, to join the perioperative team in the operating theatre in Geraldton.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
* Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Advanced clinical practice in delivery of Perioperative care with a minimum of 3 years perioperative nursing experience
* Effective clinical teaching skills, mentoring and leadership skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work within a collegiate team environment.
* Effective application of human resource principles at the local level.
* Evidence of participation in and commitment to quality improvement and best practice principles.
Position Profile:
Undertakes the clinical and daily management of the delivery of quality patient services, through the efficient and effective utilisation of human, physical, material and fiscal resources within the specialised area of Perioperative Nursing.

Area Profile
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Midwest health region of Western Australia covers more than 470,000 square kilometres, nearly one fifth of the State, with its population concentrated along the coast.
