Build Your eCommerce Career from the Inside Out
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed eCommerce Associate to help manage and improve how our products show up across our websites. Role would suit a graduate or recent graduate.
This is a hands-on role focused on product onboarding, website structure, and day-to-day eCommerce operations - perfect for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to how a large online retail business actually runs.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our digital “shopfront” clean, accurate, and high-performing - working closely with our local team, overseas support team, and tech team.
The Role
You’ll work across three core areas:
1. Product Onboarding & Supplier Coordination
– Manage new product setup from start to finish
– Work with suppliers to gather and organise product data
– Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and live on time
2. Website & Category Management
– Maintain categories, navigation, filters, and product structure
– Run audits and clean-ups to keep the site sharp and easy to use
– Support ongoing improvements in line with our eCommerce strategy
3. Team Coordination & Execution
– Oversee two overseas team members handling product uploads and site tasks
– Set priorities, review work, and ensure quality output
– Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams (eCommerce, marketing, tech)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing day-to-day product onboarding workflows
* Reviewing and approving product listings before they go live
* Maintaining site structure (categories, filters, navigation, redirects)
* Running site audits and fixing inconsistencies
* Coordinating tasks via Slack, Asana, and internal systems
* Supporting stock syncing and product data accuracy
* Identifying ways to improve processes (including automation / AI opportunities)
Who This Role is For
This role suits someone who is organised, fast on a computer, and takes real pride in their work.
You might be a recent graduate or early in your career - what matters most is your ability to stay on top of detail, manage moving parts, and follow things through properly.
If you’re the type of person who likes things clean, structured, and done right, you’ll thrive here.
We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Fast and confident working across multiple systems and tools
* Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively
* Clear and proactive communication
* Comfortable coordinating and delegating work to others
* A sense of ownership - you take pride in the output
* Problem-solver mindset (always looking for better ways to do things)
Nice to have (but not essential):
* Exposure to eCommerce platforms
* Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Interest in automation, AI, or improving workflows
Perks & Benefits
* Full-time role based at our Gold Coast HQ
* Join a fast-moving eCommerce business with a strong team culture
* Work directly with experienced leaders across digital, tech and operations
* Real hands-on experience across product, website, and systems
* Strong career pathway into eCommerce, digital, or operations roles
* Opportunity to help improve and modernise how we work
