Calleo is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Infrastructure Platform Tech Lead
* Leading, managing and mentoring a development team, including setting priorities, allocating work and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Developing and maintaining system development plans and schedules to ensure milestones are delivered are on time, within budget and are of a high quality.
* Developing automated application builds and deployment scripts using technologies such as Azure DevOps, PowerShel1/Bicep/YAML.
* Liaising with technical teams and business area staff to facilitate the rapid resolution of issues and/or faults within fielded production systems and those still under development.
* Liaising with vendors, business areas and IT Branch staff as required to mitigate delivery risks and issues and remove blockers.
* Working as part of an Agile project/program team or business as usual area as directed.
* Performing other duties as directed from time-to-time by Directors/Team Leaders or a delegate.
Mandatory Criteria
* Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a development team to deliver quality results on time and within budget using Agile methodology.
* Proven hands-on technical lead experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and acting as the conduit between business and technical teams.
* Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to distil technical information in plain English to communicate with influence.
* Demonstrated experience in developing automated build and deployment code using PowerShell/.Net Core, YAML, Bicep/ARM across the Microsoft Azure technology stack.
* Demonstrated backend development experience using web API and SOL technologies.
* Demonstrated experience with cloud-based applications development.
* Extensive experience with GIT version control and working across multiple repos.
* Experience in technical analysis and design.
* Ability to implement integration requirements to perform end-to end solution designs.
Desirable Criteria
* Tertiary qualifications or industry recognised certification in Information Management, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
* Industry recognised Cloud certification.
* Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 and workflow integration development.
* Demonstrated knowledge of IT frameworks, such as ITIL and TOGAF.
* Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale ICT transformation projects/programs, preferably in a Commonwealth Government setting.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Commonwealth Government frameworks, including the ICT frameworks.
