WSP Australia's Water Business Group is growing. We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our NSW Water Utilities team. What You'll Do
* Drive civil design development and delivery across the water full project life cycle, ensuring outputs meet the highest technical standards.
* Produce and review clear, high-quality technical documentation that communicates complex concepts effectively.
* Apply your understanding of design and design management across diverse projects and program work packages.
* Collaborate within the design team to enhance client satisfaction, exceed expectations, and deliver outstanding results.
* Support the preparation and coordination of winning proposals and pursuits.
* Assist with project and design management across a range of water infrastructure projects.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure programs that shape communities.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* 2+ years' experience in a consultancy environment.
* Proven experience in detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines and pump stations.
* Exposure to design management for water and wastewater projects.
* Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and WSAA codes (advantageous).
* Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it (advantageous).
* Proficiency in Civil 3D modelling and 2D/3D CADD software (advantageous).
* Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to consult effectively with clients and collaborate internally.
