What You'll Do
* Begin your civil engineering career making a real impact on the places where people live, work, and play.
* Work on real projects with real responsibility, designing civil infrastructure across subdivisions, community civil projects, sporting venues, and road projects.
* Gain hands‐on experience with road, earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water, and flooding design – learning everything from concept through to construction.
* Be mentored by Senior Engineers, participate in site investigations, learn industry‐standard software such as 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC, and contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact Australia.
Ideal Candidates
* Completing or recently completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
* Previous experience working as an Undergraduate Civil Engineer.
* Interest in stormwater and road design.
* Passionate, curious, proactive, and ready to grow.
* Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating.
* Problem‐solver who thinks creatively and practically.
* Able to work both independently and within a team.
* Passionate about starting a long‐term consulting engineering career.
