You will play a key part in shaping clinical standards, mentoring junior team members, contributing to service improvement initiatives, and representing Auburn Health as a leader in the profession. Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical assessments and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy services
- Develop and oversee high-quality therapy plans, ensuring alignment with best-practice frameworks
- Offer clinical supervision, mentorship, and skill development support to junior OT's and Allied Health Assistants
- Lead or contribute to service improvement, quality assurance, and clinical governance processes
- Provide guidance on complex cases and support clinical decision-making across the team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated, person-centred care
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation aligned with regulatory, NDIS, aged care, and Medicare standards

- Support onboarding and training for new clinicians
- Participate in research, CPD, or internal education initiatives
