Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Manager to lead our online business during an exciting growth period.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive sales and growth across two Shopify Plus stores, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
2. Plan and execute online sale strategies and promotions to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
3. Manage marketing budget and outgoing spends to ensure maximum profitability.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on site analytics, including conversion rates and customer behavior.
5. Collaborate closely with the Marketplace team to ensure accuracy for pricing and promotions across all sales channels.
6. Work with the Marketing team to collaborate on content creation, email marketing, paid ads, and social media marketing.
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in fashion eCommerce, footwear preferred.
* Shopify Plus wizard - you know the platform inside out.
* Comfortable collaborating with agencies (digital, dev, creative).
* Eye for detail.
* A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
* Confident to pitch new ideas and report to the wider team.
