You won't just be installing tiles — you'll be:

* Working across the full bathroom build lifecycle
* Positioning yourself to lead a small team (apprentice + future hires)

The Role
You'll take ownership of all tiling across our projects, including:
* High-end bathroom tiling (primary focus)
* Large format installations
* Feature work, mitres, niches, detailed finishes
* Kitchens, laundries, and custom areas
But more importantly, you'll be involved in:
* Set-out planning with builders and supervisors
* Understanding the full renovation process (not just your trade)
* Contributing to sequencing and build efficiency
* Lifting the standard across all wet area finishes
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years tiling experience
* Proven high-end residential work
* Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
* Ability to think ahead and plan, not just react
* Pride in your work and ownership of outcomes
Bonus if you:
* Want to step into leadership
* Are interested in mentoring an apprentice
* Care about building something long-term
