Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead our enterprise change and training strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to drive successful adoption of our People Plus Program, encompassing the implementation of a new HRIS for Barwon Health and 4 rural health services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, leading, and executing change management initiatives, as well as developing and delivering training programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute enterprise change and training strategies
* Develop and deliver training programs for staff
* Partner with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective embedding and sustenance of changes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in change management and training development
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
