About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving fleet sales by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales processes to ensure tailored vehicle and service solutions meet the needs of commercial, government, and rental clients while consistently achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial, local/state government clients, vehicle rental companies, and local businesses.
* Understand customer fleet requirements and propose vehicle solutions to align with their needs and budgets.
* Manage full sales cycle.
* Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and improve sales strategies.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of fleet, commercial, or B2B vehicle sales experience.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals.
* Experience building trust and rapport with a range of clients, including corporate and government.
* Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and keeping detailed records in CRM systems.
* Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
