Speech Pathologist

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
* Manage a caseload across multiple settings, including acute inpatients, subacute inpatients, community, aged care, and specialist outpatient clinics.
* Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and support to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
* Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Speech Pathology, full membership with Speech Pathology Australia, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
