About the Role
An exclusive and highly respected restaurant is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef / Senior Chef to join the kitchen team in a refined, structured, and creatively driven environment.
This is not a traditional kitchen. Menus are conceptual, exhibition-influenced, and designed to reflect a broader artistic program. We are looking for a chef with genuine creative sensibility, strong technical ability, and the maturity to step straight into a senior position within a disciplined and professional brigade.
The successful candidate does not need to currently hold the title of Sous Chef, however must be experienced, capable, and confident working at a high level from day one.
This role will suit a chef who is open-minded, inspired by produce, and excited by the opportunity to work in a venue where creativity is as important as execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across sections delivering service to a refined standard

* Support the kitchen during service and preparation at a senior level
