Offer description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Affinity**team at **Marsh Australia**. This role will be based in **Melbourne or Sydney office**. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

**We will count on you to**:

- Take ownership of various industry insurance schemes, providing day-to-day strategic and operational management
- Provide excellent service to scheme members and corporate sponsors
- Initiate and progress new and renewal policy binding, invoicing and distribution of related policy documentation.
- Process quotation and placing slips.
- Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.
- Produce renewal reports and insurance manuals as required.

**What you need to have**:

- Experience in an SME or Scheme environment (well regarded).
- Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (well regarded).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
- The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
- Strong Microsoft suite and Broker IT platform skills.
