Hunter Homes is looking for a suitably experienced Sales & Production Estimator who is ready to take the next exciting step in their career. Ideally you will come from a similar role and have Building Industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce high quality quotation, tender and contract documentation for building projects, ensuring compliance with organisational and Industry standards and client requirements
Assess and prepare accurate estimates and quotations of building projects, ensuring compliance with organisational procedures
Undertake research into estimating, costing, contract administration and contract cost management
Prepare project trade packages including material lists, scopes of work, construction programs, trade preliminaries, purchase and work orders, contract documentation and quality plans as required
Negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors to maximise service delivery and achieve business cost savings
Utilise computerised estimating systems in accordance with organisational systems and procedures
Skills and Attributes:
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
Have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and presentation within tight deadlines
Superior organisational skills
Be competent in Constructor Systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely within a team
This role will be based Full-time in our Head Office, located at Heatherbrae, NSW
