Scrum Master with NV1/Baseline (Onsite)- Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane
* Experience Scrum master in delivering large scale IT Projects.
* Formal qualifications in Safe Agile project delivery.
* Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, ensuring consistent application of frameworks.
* Guide the team in becoming high-performing and self-managing, while promoting accountability and ownership.
* Support the team in delivering high-quality increments that meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and align with PI objectives.
* Ensure team commitments are realistic and met, using data-driven insights and proactive facilitation to manage scope, capacity, and dependencies.
* Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and time boxed.
* Track and improve flow, velocity, and predictability using team metrics and agile health indicators.
* Help the team identify, elevate and resolve impediments and blockers that hinder progress.
* Foster effective collaboration between the team and other stakeholders, including Product Owners, System Architects, and Business Owners.
* Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to ensure alignment across teams and contribute to ART-level ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
* Promote cross-team coordination and dependency management within the ART.
* Champion a culture of relentless improvement, facilitating retrospectives and driving actionable outcomes.
* Actively assess and improve team maturity, using agile health checks, coaching plans, and targeted interventions.
* Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and shift-left testing.
* Stay connected to industry trends and best practices and apply learnings to improve team and ART performance.
* Educate stakeholders and other teams on Agile and SAFe practices to foster understanding and effective collaboration.
* Act as a guardian of team boundaries, ensuring external requests are managed through appropriate channels.
