About the Company
Davidson Technology are working with a State Government Department to a PowerApps / Sharepoint Developer who will work across multiple teams to implement applications and Power BI reporting, specifically with the Microsoft Team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director - Finance, Facilities and Procurement, you will play a key role in driving digital innovation and enabling data-driven decision making. You will partner with the Facilities and ICT Services teams to design, implement, and support innovative business applications and reporting solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You\'ll focus on developing custom Power Apps in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and business areas to meet the needs of the department, including facilities desk solutions and real-time dashboards for In-Vehicle Management Applications. You will leverage Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, create data visualisations and insights in Power BI, and integrate solutions across Microsoft and third-party platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will gather requirements, deliver secure, scalable applications, and provide user support and training, while also contributing to SharePoint development and application maintenance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring at least three years of experience in similar roles and strong technical capability across Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL, REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SharePoint, and Azure. With a Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field, you will be adept at designing and delivering scalable business applications, automating workflows, and integrating solutions with modern data and cloud services. You\'ll be required to not only technical expertise but also the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with organisational needs.
The Benefits
You will be offered a 6-month contract (possible extension) on an excellent hourly rate and the ability to negotiate a flexible working arrangement for the duration of the assignment.
