About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Specialist to join our commercial team in Melbourne. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional sales performance across multiple verticals within the Australian market.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Own the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
* Exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with support from your Manager and the wider team.
* Develop tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
* Become an expert on our product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field.
About You
* You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience within sales (including experience closing new business).
* You possess natural communication skills and are not afraid of telephone, virtual, and in-person acquisition; resilience is key.
* You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring.
* You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution.
