Adaptive Resourcing is a Perth-based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. We have been providing innovative Australian companies with inhouse talent acquisition capability for almost 12 years.
When the recruitment volume justifies it, we embed our team members on site with our clients, and they become part of the client's HR team. Our recruiters are also supported and coached by the Adaptive directors with weekly meetings.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a new team member to embed in a long-term mining client's West Perth corporate head office. As their recruiter, you will sit in the HR team and deliver end-to-end talent acquisition and components of onboarding. The roles are a broad range of mining operations roles from mobile plant operators to geologists and cultural heritage.
The role is fulltime with some scope for hybrid working. To build and maintain relationships we would hope that you would be able to travel to site in the Kimberley for a few days every couple of months.
A Recruitment professional
You love the impact that good recruitment can have, and you enjoy building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
It helps if you have worked in mining as an internal recruiter. The role might also suit if you were an agency recruiter that gets a kick out of delivery rather than sales.
You appreciate a good process, have excellent attention to detail and can very effectively multitask.
Experience with JobAdder would give you a head start.
Our preference is to offer this role as a permanent position, but we are also open to different employment models.
