Social Worker - Child Protection Counselling

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver medium to long-term therapeutic interventions (3–18 months) for children and young people aged 0–18, and their families
* Work collaboratively within a small, highly supportive team of experts backed by the Community Health network
* Support recovery from trauma, strengthen family functioning, and reduce future risk
We seek a motivated, resilient, and compassionate practitioner who understands the complex impacts of violence, abuse, and neglect on children, families, and communities.
Requirements:
* A qualification in Social Work and eligibility or membership for general registration with AHPRA
* Prior experience delivering culturally appropriate, trauma-informed services and programs
* Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
* A collaborative, professional approach and strong work ethic
