APG is currently seeking an Administration Officer for a 4 Month contract within a Parramatta Government Sector.
**Primary purpose of the role**

- **Part Time - 25 Hours Per Week**
**The Role**
- The Reconciliations Team plays a pivotal role in the payment and reconciliation of a range of employee related payments
- The team is responsible for providing a high quality, timely and client focussed service.
- The role also undertakes functions to support the reconciliation and payment of Employee Superannuation, PAYG Tax and Payroll Tax as well as supporting the Senior Officers with checking mechanisms around Single Touch Payroll.
**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in providing high level of customer support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight timeframes
- High level of knowledge, skills and experience with Excel
