Finance Leader Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, drive strategic planning, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Description:
* Oversee financial management, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and debt collection functions.
* Manage end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reporting.
* Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, as well as financial analysis.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
* Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and payroll requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail and analytical capability.
* Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
