Audio Visual Account Manager - Hospitality & Creative Spaces

Technical Alliance is looking for a relationship-led Audio Visual Account Manager to help grow our connections across hospitality and creative spaces.
We design and deliver audio visual, architectural lighting and venue technology systems for hospitality, commercial and creative spaces. This role is for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust and supporting clients through projects with the backing of a strong technical and delivery team.
The opportunity
This is primarily an out-on-the-road role. You will be meeting venue owners, operators, hospitality groups, designers, builders and creative space leaders. Your job is to build relationships, uncover opportunities and help clients take the right next step with Technical Alliance.
You do not need to be an AV expert from day one. You do need to be curious, organised, reliable, a great communicator and genuinely interested in hospitality, venues and creative spaces.
What you will be doing
* Build relationships with hospitality operators, venue owners, creative space leaders and project teams
* Spend a large part of your time out on the road meeting clients and building connections
* Identify new opportunities for AV, lighting and venue technology projects
* Understand client goals, pain points and upcoming project plans
* Bring the right internal team members into conversations when technical input is needed
* Support clients through project conversations, site visits and proposal follow-ups
* Build partnerships and referral relationships across the hospitality and creative industries
* Keep client notes, follow-ups and opportunities organised
* Represent Technical Alliance professionally at meetings, venues and industry events
What you will bring

* Experience in hospitality, venues, events, partnerships, sales or account management
* Comfort being primarily out on the road building relationships
* A customer-first mindset and good personal presentation
* Good computer skills for CRM notes, email, scheduling and basic proposal support
Experience that will stand out
* Existing relationships in Perth hospitality, nightlife, hotels, restaurants or creative spaces
* Interest in design, music, lighting, technology, fit‐outs or creative spaces
* Experience working with owners, managers, designers, builders or architects
