Are you ready to take yourleadership journeyto the next level? Join us at Port Kennedy Primary School, WA as anOSHClubCoordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!

Thispermanent, part-timerole offers34 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, andprovidesafantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support,we'llensureyou'reequipped to thrive in a leadership role.

You'llwork across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

6:30-9:00am(Rise then Shine)

2:30-6:00pm(Stay and Play)

Block shifts in the school holidays!(Holiday HQ program).

About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success!

As anOSHClubCoordinator,you'llbe leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engagingbefore- and after-school programfor children aged 5-12 years. This role is all aboutleadership:

You'llcreate and lead adynamic, child-centeredprogram, filled with exciting activities likeSTEM, sports, cooking,artsand crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.

You'lltake full ownership of your team'sroster, manageday-to-day operations, ensurecompliance, and handleadmin tasks—all while fostering an environment ofteamworkandgrowth.

Withmentorship from regional managersand support from adedicated office team,you'llhave everything you need todevelop your leadership skillsand make a real impact.
